Meals at Home, located in Sandown, NH, is dedicated to providing essential meal assistance to patients battling breast cancer, thyroid cancer, kidney cancer, and soft tissue sarcoma, along with their families. Our program thoughtfully delivers up to two months of home-cooked meals, with each delivery containing ten nutritious meals tailored to support the unique dietary needs of cancer patients. Additionally, we offer up to ten extra meals for family members upon request, ensuring that families can benefit together during challenging times. To participate, individuals must apply, and a verification of patient status from a physician is required, either through an attached note or by providing contact details so we can coordinate directly.
