Meals 4 Kids, based in Somersworth, NH, is dedicated to combating childhood hunger by providing free, fresh, and nutritious food to children and teens in the community. Our program offers a Farmer's Market style distribution throughout the Greater Seacoast area during school breaks, ensuring that families with children aged 18 and younger have access to essential food assistance. Each week, we supply ingredients and recipes for ten healthy meals, alongside engaging food demonstrations and fun cooking and fitness challenges. We believe that every child deserves the nourishment they need to thrive, and we welcome families to join us in this mission to create a healthier future.
