Meals 4 Kids (M4K) is dedicated to providing free, fresh, and nutritious food to children and teens in Strafford, NH, and the surrounding Greater Seacoast area. Our program features a vibrant Farmer's Market style distribution that operates when schools are out, ensuring that families have access to essential food assistance throughout the year. We offer weekly ingredients and recipes for ten nutritious meals, alongside engaging food demonstrations and exciting cooking and fitness challenges. Families with children aged 18 and under are warmly invited to participate and benefit from our services.
