Located in Stratham, NH, Farm Shares 4 Families is dedicated to improving food security by providing local families with essential food assistance. Our program offers a weekly share of fresh, nutritious fruits and vegetables throughout the growing season, along with pantry staples to support healthy meals. Each share, designed to feed a family of four, includes not only seasonal produce but also items such as olive oil, spices, beans, and rice, complemented by recipes to inspire delicious, wholesome cooking. We empower up to 20 local families to incorporate fresh foods into their diets, ensuring that everyone has access to the nourishment they need.
