Meals 4 Kids, based in Stratham, NH, is dedicated to ensuring that children and teens have access to free, fresh, and nutritious food. Our program hosts a Farmer’s Market style distribution throughout the Greater Seacoast area when school is not in session, providing families with the essential ingredients and recipes for ten healthy meals each week. In addition, we offer engaging food demonstrations and cooking and fitness challenges to inspire healthy habits. We invite families with children aged 18 and younger to participate in our services, supporting their nutritional needs and promoting wellness in our community.
