The Meal Support Program, located in Suncook, NH, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support tailored for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our live, virtual drop-in group meal sessions create a welcoming and safe environment for participants to enjoy nutritious meals while receiving essential support from trained nutrition practitioners who are in the process of obtaining their CNS certification. With four meal support times each day, including two lunch and two dinner sessions, we emphasize flexibility, allowing individuals to join as per their schedule. This initiative is designed to promote healing through community and nourishment, ensuring that everyone feels supported during their journey to recovery.
