Located in Suncook, NH, the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Supplemental Food Program is committed to fostering healthy habits among low-income pregnant, postpartum, breastfeeding, and non-breastfeeding women, alongside infants and children up to five years of age. WIC empowers families through comprehensive nutrition education, essential supplemental foods, and dedicated breastfeeding promotion and support, effectively making a difference in the lives of those in need. Additionally, we connect families with vital social services, ensuring they have access to the resources that support their overall well-being. Our program also introduces children at age three to Fit WIC kits, encouraging daily physical activity, and many of our sites offer free oral health screenings, fluoride treatments, sealants, and educational resources aimed at enhancing oral health care for young families.
