End 68 Hours Of Hunger is a dedicated initiative serving communities in Swanzey, NH, and beyond, committed to eliminating weekend hunger for children. Every weekend, we provide vital food assistance to ensure that no child has to face the distress of food insecurity during this crucial time. Our program delivers emergency food directly to families in need, working tirelessly across New Hampshire, Maine, Vacaville, CA, Lake County, OH, and Tampa, FL. By fostering partnerships and tapping into local resources, we strive to create a supportive environment where every child has access to the nourishment they need to thrive.
