Located in Swanzey, NH, the Prader-Willi Syndrome Association (PWSA) is dedicated to supporting individuals diagnosed with Prader-Willi syndrome, along with their families and care providers. Our Family Support team is a vital resource for families navigating the challenges following a Prader-Willi syndrome diagnosis, offering accurate information and compassionate assistance. We provide essential services such as parent mentoring, nutritional education, meal planning, and behavior management support, all aimed at empowering families. Additionally, we assist with the complex application and appeal processes for Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
