The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship, located in Tilton, NH, is dedicated to nurturing leaders who advocate for a just and sustainable food system. Through comprehensive training and hands-on experience, we empower selected Fellows to engage in transformative agricultural practices that prioritize social, environmental, and economic justice. Our program offers organic food system education without tuition fees, promoting accessibility for all. During the six-month Fellowship, individuals embark on a journey of experiential learning at the Allegheny Farm, where they grow diversified crops, manage community gardens, and create innovative educational initiatives to enhance food and ecological literacy. After their training, Fellows enter a Community Action Year, applying their knowledge alongside regional non-profit organizations to improve access to healthy foods and support local food markets.
