Wellness Kits for Cancer Survivors is dedicated to supporting individuals in Tilton, NH, who are navigating the challenges of life after cancer. Recognizing the unique hardships faced by cancer survivors, especially those from diverse backgrounds or underserved rural areas, we provide six free wellness kits every two months to help improve their quality of life. Each kit is thoughtfully curated and may include essential items such as water bottles, journals, food trackers, and sleep masks, along with additional resources designed to empower and uplift.
