Supportive Services is dedicated to empowering income-eligible individuals living with HIV/AIDS in Weare, New Hampshire. Our mission is to provide comprehensive support through a range of essential services designed to enhance the quality of life for our clients. We offer personalized case management, housing assistance, and food assistance, including an on-site food pantry and nutrition programs. In addition to these critical services, we also provide transportation assistance, harm reduction materials, and HIV rapid testing, as well as referrals for medical care and additional support services.
