Located in West Lebanon, NH, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance and supportive resources to low-income individuals facing the challenges of dysphagia. We understand the unique needs of our community and strive to improve quality of life by offering a range of critical items, including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
