The Meal Support Program in West Lebanon, NH, provides free and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are in outpatient care for eating disorders. Our live, virtual drop-in group meals create a welcoming and safe environment for those navigating their recovery journey. Participants can join our meal support sessions, held four times daily, designed to fit into their schedules—two for lunch and two for dinner. Each session is led by dedicated nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, ensuring expert support as they work towards obtaining their CNS certification. We are committed to fostering recovery and encourage individuals to seek the nutrition they need with added guidance, while reminding everyone that we are not a crisis support program.
