Meals 4 Kids, located in Windham, NH, is dedicated to ensuring that every child and teen in our community has access to fresh, nutritious food. Our program operates a free Farmer’s Market style distribution throughout the Greater Seacoast during school breaks, providing families with children aged 18 and younger the opportunity to receive essential food assistance. Each week, we offer a variety of ingredients and recipes for ten nutritious meals, along with engaging food demonstrations and interactive cooking and fitness challenges. We are committed to fostering healthy habits while alleviating food insecurity, making it easier for families to eat well together and thrive.
