Our participants benefit from up to two months of home-delivered meals, receiving ten carefully crafted meals each week to nourish their bodies and help meet their specific dietary needs. In addition, we offer up to ten extra meals for family members, ensuring that the whole household is supported during challenging times. To access this vital service, applicants must provide verification of their patient status through a simple note from their physician. We are here to make the journey a little easier, prioritizing health and well-being for those who matter most.
