The Meal Support Program in Wolfeboro, NH, is dedicated to providing compassionate, eating disorder-informed meal assistance for individuals over the age of 16 who are in outpatient care. Our program offers a supportive environment through live, virtual drop-in group meals designed for those navigating the recovery journey from eating disorders. With sessions available four times a day, including two lunch and two dinner options, participants can join as their schedules allow. Each meal support session is led by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program, who are working towards their certification. We understand the challenges of recovery and strive to create a nurturing space where individuals can share a meal while also receiving essential support.
