Located in Absecon, NJ, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing the health of our community through our Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals program. We provide nutritious, dietitian-approved meals designed to address the dietary needs of those with specific medical conditions, such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, ensuring our clients receive proper nutrition for their well-being. We cater to individuals eligible for Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), and the Older Americans Act, as well as those looking for a self-pay option at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal. Our meals are crafted to be dairy, peanut, gluten, and pork free, making them a safe choice for many dietary restrictions.
