The Jersey Assistance to Community Caregivers Program (JACC) in Absecon, NJ, is dedicated to empowering seniors at risk of moving to nursing facilities by providing essential in-home support services. Our mission is to enhance the lives of older adults by supplementing the care offered by their family, friends, and neighbors. We offer a wide range of services, including respite care, home health aide assistance, home modifications to improve accessibility, personal emergency response systems, home-delivered meal services, social adult day care, adult day health services, medical equipment and supplies, transportation, and chore services.
