Located in Bergenfield, NJ, the Partnerships for Healthy Living Program is dedicated to supporting individuals in Bergen and Passaic Counties who are living with or affected by HIV/AIDS. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for these individuals while working tirelessly to reduce the transmission of the virus. We offer comprehensive HIV/AIDS testing, focused prevention education, rehabilitation, and vital emergency services, including shelter, food assistance, and referrals for detoxification and medical care. Our outreach weaves a safety net for underserved men and women, particularly those who are homeless or isolated, with a significant number of our female clients being engaged in commercial sex work or struggling with substance abuse. By ensuring access to essential services, we empower our clients to reclaim their lives and wellbeing.
