Nutrition for Longevity (N4L), located in Blackwood, NJ, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of our community through our Home Delivered Meals program, which provides nutritious, medically tailored meals to clients eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, or the Older Americans Act. Each meal is thoughtfully crafted by a Registered Dietitian to address a variety of medical conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure, ensuring our clients receive the essential nutrients they need. We are committed to dietary inclusivity, offering meals free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those not covered by these programs, our self-pay option allows individuals to choose their meals for just $7.75 each, ensuring that everyone can access healthy dining options at home. By partnering with clients, caregivers, and case managers, N4L strives to make food assistance accessible, promoting long-lasting health through well-planned nutrition.
