About Jersey Assistance for Community Caregiving (JACC)
Jersey Assistance for Community Caregiving (JACC) is dedicated to empowering individuals in Blackwood, NJ, who are at risk of being placed in a nursing facility, by providing essential in-home services tailored to their specific needs.
