Our mission is to offer comprehensive in-home services that supplement the care provided by family, friends, and neighbors, ensuring that seniors at risk of nursing facility placement can thrive in their own homes. JACC provides crucial services including respite care, home health aides, environmental accessibility adaptations, personal emergency response systems, home-delivered meal services, social adult day care, adult day health services, special medical equipment and supplies, transportation, and chore assistance.
