Meals on Wheels of Ocean County is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to seniors in Brick, NJ, delivering hot, nutritious meals directly to their homes Monday through Friday, and even on weekends and holidays for those who are most vulnerable. Each meal is thoughtfully crafted under the guidance of a qualified nutritionist, ensuring that our clients receive at least one-third of their daily dietary needs as recommended by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. In addition to home-delivered meals, we offer nutrition education and counseling to support the well-being of our seniors. While there is no obligation to donate, we encourage a small contribution of $2 per meal to help us manage food and preparation costs, allowing us to continue our vital mission of caring for the community's aging population.
