Street Smart Outreach is a dedicated program located in Caldwell, NJ, providing essential support to youth and young adults aged 13-21 facing homelessness or unstable living conditions. Our mission is to identify and assist vulnerable individuals by meeting their urgent needs, such as food assistance, clothing, and blankets, while connecting them with vital resources.
