HealthEASE is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of older adults in Cherry Hill, NJ, by coordinating health promotion and disease prevention services tailored to their unique needs. Our mission focuses on empowering seniors to lead healthier and more independent lives, regardless of their current health status. We provide comprehensive support across a spectrum of health challenges, offering eight specialized modules that include exercise and nutrition, osteoporosis awareness, medication management, cardiovascular self-management, cognitive health, fall prevention, and women's health. Our Move Today program features a 30-45 minute non-aerobic exercise class aimed at improving flexibility, balance, and stamina, with activities adjustable for sitting or standing. Led by trained peer leaders, these classes foster community engagement and personal growth, meeting weekly or bi-weekly over twelve sessions, ensuring participants can assess their health and commit to positive lifestyle changes.
