I don’t use a “one size fits all” approach. What works for one person may not work for another. My style is integrative,using a blend of approaches. What’s keeping you stuck, and how can it be changed to help you move forward? What are you trying to achieve? The process is about moving beyond “protocols” and instead focusing on what drives change. Building a therapeutic relationship can take more time for one person than another. Therapy is not a race, but more so a journey. I encourage you to be patient with yourself. Together we can work towards restoring and maintaining your emotional well-being.
