Partnerships for Healthy Living Program serves the communities of Clifton, NJ, extending compassionate support to individuals in Passaic and Bergen Counties who are affected by HIV/AIDS. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life and curb the spread of the virus through essential services including HIV/AIDS testing, prevention education, and comprehensive rehabilitation. We prioritize accessibility by providing emergency services such as shelter, nutritious food assistance, and referrals for detoxification and medical care. Specifically targeting those who are often overlooked in traditional healthcare networks, we reach out to vulnerable populations, including homeless individuals and those facing social isolation. Many of our clients are women, including a significant number who are involved in commercial sex work and struggle with substance abuse. Our commitment is to empower and uplift through practical support and education, ensuring that every individual receives the care they deserve.
