Street Smart Outreach is dedicated to supporting youth and young adults aged 13 to 21 in East Orange, NJ, who are facing homelessness, unsafe living conditions, or significant challenges at home. Our compassionate outreach program is committed to identifying vulnerable individuals and addressing their immediate needs by providing essential services such as food assistance, clothing, blankets, and access to shelter. We offer 24/7 crisis intervention counseling, transportation to necessary services, and referrals to healthcare and social service organizations. Additionally, our counselors provide vital information regarding HIV/AIDS, safe sex practices, and substance abuse education. We are here to help young people navigate their circumstances and connect them with job and housing opportunities. With Spanish-speaking counselors available, we strive to ensure that every youth feels welcomed and supported in their time of need.
