Chandler Health Center is dedicated to providing comprehensive HIV primary medical and dental care for individuals living with HIV. Our team of skilled physicians, certified in both Infectious Diseases and Internal Medicine, ensures that our patients receive personalized outpatient care, including rapid free HIV testing, prevention education, and medical case management. We prioritize whole-person support with adherence counseling, psychosocial services, nutrition assistance, and financial eligibility guidance. Moreover, we strive to engage our community through outreach initiatives, support groups, and various activities.
