MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Edison, NJ, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, providing tailored referrals to various weight management options aligned with individual preferences and needs. Participants can benefit from diverse treatment methods, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which offers in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight-related issues.
