Located in Englewood, NJ, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to providing high-quality Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals to eligible clients through Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), and the Older Americans Act. Our service emphasizes nutritional health and wellness, with meals designed by a Registered Dietitian to cater to various medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Our carefully crafted meals are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, ensuring safety and suitability for diverse dietary needs. N4L offers meal delivery options for Medicaid and Older Americans Act recipients, and we also accommodate those interested in self-pay meal options for just $7.75 per meal. Each meal can be selected individually, providing flexibility and convenience. Additionally, we provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling services.
