First Step Food Pantry is dedicated to alleviating hunger in Englishtown, NJ, by providing essential food assistance to those in need. Serving over 150 families each month, we aim to offer healthy and sustainable food options to support the nutritional needs of our community. Each week, families receive packages that contain enough food for 6-8 meals, including fresh produce, eggs, and proteins, alongside non-perishable staples for a balanced diet. Our food pantry operates on a first-come, first-served basis, with distribution starting at 10:30 AM every Friday. To receive a food package, individuals can come to our main office in Asbury Park, where tickets are issued at 11:30 AM. We invite families to take this crucial step towards food security with us.
