MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Fair Lawn, NJ, is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that all Veterans receiving care at VA facilities are screened annually for obesity, with personalized referrals to effective weight management options tailored to their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of supportive resources including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home guidance. For those who prefer self-directed approaches, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, and we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight.
