Street Smart Outreach is dedicated to empowering youth and young adults aged 13-21 in Fair Lawn, NJ, who are experiencing homelessness, unsafe living conditions, or family crises. Our comprehensive street outreach program focuses on identifying at-risk youth and assisting them with essential needs such as food assistance, clothing, and blankets. We provide access to shelter and crisis intervention counseling, ensuring that support is available 24/7 throughout the year. Our outreach includes transportation to necessary services, referrals to health care and social service agencies, and vital information on HIV/AIDS and safe sex practices. We also offer guidance in obtaining necessary documents, substance abuse education, and help with job and housing searches.
