The Meal Support Program in Fair Lawn, NJ, is dedicated to providing accessible, compassionate meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, facilitated virtual group meals designed to foster a supportive environment where participants can enjoy nourishing food while connecting with others on a similar journey. With meal support sessions available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, individuals can easily find times that fit their schedules. Led by nutrition practitioners who are undergoing their CNS certification through our Clinician’s Incubator training program, our sessions are grounded in eating disorder-informed care. While we are here to offer essential meal support, please note that we do not provide urgent care or crisis assistance.
