R. Ellen Runyon is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing therapeutic services in Flanders, NJ. She offers support to preteens (ages 10 to 13), teens (ages 13 to 18), and adults (ages 18 to 65). Ms. Runyon works with individuals facing a range of concerns including anxiety, chronic pain, depression, general well-being and mental health concerns, grief, parenting challenges, trauma, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Her therapeutic approach integrates various modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Humanistic Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Art Therapy.
