At the Partnerships for Healthy Living Program in Fort Lee, NJ, we are dedicated to supporting individuals in Passaic and Bergen Counties who are impacted by HIV/AIDS. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for those affected, while actively working to reduce the transmission of the virus. We offer comprehensive services including HIV/AIDS testing, prevention education, and essential emergency services such as food assistance, shelter, and referrals for detoxification and medical care. Focusing primarily on individuals who are homeless and often disconnected from the mainstream healthcare network, we provide a safe and compassionate space for both men and women, particularly for the 70% of our female clients who are involved in commercial sex work or struggle with substance use.
