Partnerships for Healthy Living Program in Hackensack, NJ is dedicated to supporting individuals in Passaic and Bergen Counties who are impacted by HIV/AIDS. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for those we serve while working to reduce the spread of this disease. We offer vital services such as HIV/AIDS testing, prevention education, and rehabilitation, along with emergency assistance that includes shelter, food access, and referrals for detoxification and medical care. Our program specifically focuses on reaching men and women who are not receiving support from traditional care networks, with many of our clients facing homelessness and social isolation. A significant portion of our women clients are engaged in commercial sex work and struggle with substance abuse. We are committed to providing compassionate and effective care to those in need, fostering health, safety, and community connection for all our participants.
