MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Hightstown, NJ, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to support every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities by providing annual screenings for obesity and connecting them to tailored weight management options that match their individual needs. Participants can choose from various resources, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those seeking greater independence in their weight loss journey. For Veterans facing ongoing challenges, we also offer weight loss medications and bariatric surgery options.
