Meals on Wheels of Ocean County is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors in Jackson, NJ, by delivering hot, nutritious meals directly to their homes from Monday through Friday, including weekends and holidays for those in greatest need. Our thoughtfully crafted menus, approved by qualified nutritionists, ensure that each meal meets at least one-third of the daily dietary guidelines set by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. In addition to home-delivered meals, we offer valuable nutrition education and counseling to empower our seniors and promote healthy eating habits. While no mandatory donation is required, we kindly encourage participants to contribute $2 per meal to support our food preparation efforts.
