Meals on Wheels of Ocean County is dedicated to supporting seniors in Jackson, NJ, by delivering hot, nutritious meals directly to their homes every weekday, as well as on weekends and holidays for those who are frail and vulnerable. Our carefully curated menus, approved by a qualified nutritionist, ensure that each meal provides at least one-third of the daily dietary recommendations established by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. In addition to our home-delivered meals, we also offer valuable nutrition education and counseling to promote healthy eating habits. While we welcome contributions of $2 per meal to help cover food and preparation costs, no donation is required, making our services accessible to all seniors who need them.
