Jersey City Vigil for Refugees (JCVR) is dedicated to meeting the urgent needs of recently resettled refugees and asylees in Jersey City, NJ, through our essential food delivery service. We understand the challenges faced by these families, and our compassionate network of volunteers is committed to providing weekly food assistance that goes beyond nourishment; it fosters community connections and supportive relationships. By visiting refugee families in their homes, we not only deliver emergency food but also create pathways for friendship and support that are vital for their successful resettlement. Join us in our mission to uplift and empower newcomers in our community.
