Located in Lawrence Township, NJ, the Jersey Assistance to Community Caregivers Program (JACC) is dedicated to supporting seniors in their homes, helping prevent unnecessary placement in nursing facilities. Our mission is to empower seniors and their caregiver networks—comprised of family, friends, and neighbors—by offering essential in-home services tailored to their unique needs. JACC provides a comprehensive range of services, including respite care, home health aides, environmental accessibility adaptations, personal emergency response systems, home-delivered meals, social adult day care, adult day health services, medical equipment and supplies, transportation, and chore services. We believe in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and fostering community connections through our dedicated support.
