MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to transforming the health of Veterans in Lawrence Township, NJ through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to identify and support every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities by screening for obesity and connecting them with tailored weight management options. We offer a variety of services, including engaging group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and the convenient TeleMOVE! option, allowing for in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer self-directed approaches, our MOVE! Coach mobile app provides valuable resources. Additionally, we facilitate access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges with weight management after trying our programs.
