NAMI Hearts & Minds, located in Lawrence Township, NJ, is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of individuals living with mental illness through a comprehensive one-hour live presentation that emphasizes both inner and outer wellness. Our program aims to raise awareness about critical topics including medical self-advocacy, smoking cessation, addiction recovery, healthy eating, and the importance of regular exercise and diabetes management. We offer our program free of charge to any facility or group across the state, and participants benefit from essential resources like goal-setting strategies and exercise and food journals.
