We offer an engaging, hour-long presentation that emphasizes both inner and outer wellness, focusing on essential topics such as medical self-advocacy, smoking cessation, addiction recovery, healthy eating, exercise, and diabetes management. Our mission is to raise awareness and provide valuable resources to enhance the quality of life for participants. The program is available free of charge to facilities and groups across New Jersey, featuring goal-setting tools and the use of exercise and food journals to support participants on their wellness journey.
