Street Smart Outreach is dedicated to supporting youth and young adults aged 13 to 21 who are facing homelessness or living in unsafe environments in Linden, NJ. Our compassionate team works tirelessly to identify these vulnerable individuals, meeting their immediate needs through essential services such as food assistance, clothing, blankets, and access to shelter. We provide crisis intervention counseling, transportation to critical services, and referrals to healthcare and social support agencies. Additionally, our outreach includes education on HIV/AIDS and safe sex, substance abuse resources, and help with obtaining vital documents, as well as job and housing assistance. With counselors available 24/7, including Spanish-speaking staff, we are here to empower and uplift those in need, guiding them towards a safer and more stable future.
