MOVE! Weight Management Program in Little Falls, NJ, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities is screened for obesity annually and referred to our tailored weight management services. We offer diverse treatment options, including engaging group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management, or access medical interventions such as weight loss medications and bariatric surgery when needed.
