Street Smart Outreach is dedicated to supporting youth and young adults aged 13-21 in Livingston, NJ, who are experiencing homelessness or living in unsafe environments. Our committed outreach program meets the urgent needs of vulnerable individuals by providing essential resources, including food assistance, clothing, blankets, and access to shelter. We offer crisis intervention counseling, transportation to necessary services, and vital referrals to healthcare and social service agencies. Additionally, we focus on educating our clients about HIV/AIDS, safe sex practices, and substance abuse.
